POSITION WAREHOUSE MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES


Day-to-Day Role:
Comply with good manufacturing practices (GMP) as required.
Comly with Company policies and procedures.
Provide managerial leadership and support for the warehouse including shipping/receiving, transportation and inventory control operations to achieve company goals focused on safety, quality, service and efficiency (cost containment).  Provide direct supervision of Warehouse Supervisors.
Lead, develop and monitor scheduled workloads and priorities, facilitate and communicate needs for adjustments in a constantly changing and dynamic environment.
Provide fair, equal and consistent treatment to all employees with regard to discipline, work assignments, overtime, and recommendations for transfer and promotion.
Ensure high standards for truck shop and warehouse cleanliness, organization and sanitation.
Maintain an accurate inventory control method in SAP of all products, raw materials, packaging materials and equipment to include traceability from production to delivery as required.
Communicate professionally and effectively as needed with local and corporate staff, traffic, commercial carriers which demonstrates a high level of integrity, personal accountability, and respect for the individual.
Oversee training of personnel, conflict resolution, performance appraisals and positive work environment.
Participate as a member on various company programs and committees such as Safety, Plant Leadership Team, etc.

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

Requires one of the following:
Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years supervisory/management experience in a warehouse environment, OR
HS Diploma/Equivalent and eight (8) years supervisory/management experience in a warehouse environment
Microsoft Office Suite experience
Knowledge of effective workflow organization, operational principles and higher level mathematical theory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license
