This is a telephone intensive position with the following duties:
  • You will search for and establish contact with clients based in the Food & Beverage Industry. You will secure open positions and establish relationships (Training and tools are provided).
  • You will search for, recruit and reactivate candidates, interview potential candidates, and market viable candidates to client companies with the purpose of setting up interviews and ultimately creating a hire.

We are looking for a “seasoned” recruiter with 5+ years successful corporate, internal, staffing or executive search background. Food   Beverage Industry experience is a plus, but will consider other backgrounds. If you are self-confident, self-motivated with a proven team record…you are encouraged to apply!!

The role of Executive Search Researcher is varied and challenging. Daily duties include: Supporting and working alongside Executive Recruiters, you will be expected to proactively source candidates via targeted markets.

To succeed as an Executive Search Researcher, you must:
Be a self-starter and have the ability to work to direction but independently
Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to speak to senior people
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to deal with various tasks at once (Ability to prioritize work assignments, moving between tasks effectively
Have good organizational and administrative skills

Have strong attention to detail

Technology proficient - experience with database mining, other recruiting tools and Microsoft Office applications

Primary Responsibilities:
Work with recruiting team, helping to research candidates via the Internet, using a variety of job boards, networking sites, etc.
Research position, industry, and market information to better understand roles you are researching
Develop and employ additional creative research techniques to identify those hard to find candidates, including networking, internet search tools and database mining
Identify and market suitable candidates to appropriate recruiters
Complete database updates-you will learn how to research candidates in the system, enter candidate information
Must demonstrate behaviors of flexibility, being a team player, and the ability to work with a team
