POSITION Human Resources Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Works collaboratively with HR management leadership and the general HR team to develop, implement and manage policies, programs and services including: policies & procedures; recruitment, on-boarding, retention; compensation; performance management; employee relations; employment litigation; regulatory compliance & reporting; associate & organizational development; workforce & succession planning; associate communications

Develops relationships and promotes mutually beneficial partnerships with associates and management

Serves as internal consultant to managers, supervisors and associates on personnel issues that affect performance and business relationships. Facilitates mission goals across teams at the organizational level.

Develops a strong understanding and appreciation of the company's organizational structure, corporate culture and business objectives in order to develop and implement HR programs and processes that are aligned with and sensitive to the corporation's organizational values and objectives.

Meets regularly with management to stay informed, to offer direction and support for inter-departmental projects and to confer on organizational goals, objectives and policies.

Develops relationships and promotes mutually beneficial partnerships with associates, management and external resources.

Responsible for the management, development and administration of an effective recruitment program. Works closely with Operations & Supply Chain to develop recruitment strategies while ensuring program deadlines and deliverables are met

Ensures state and federal protocols regarding data confidentiality/security and HIPAA compliance

Maintains current knowledge of and interpretation of related human resources laws and regulations

Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications

Proficient in Excel and Word, and able to learn other software applications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written

Strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions

Ability to analyze and solve problems

Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of an organization

Maintains and improves associate morale

Excellent time management skills

Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities

Adaptable to change

Education And Experience

4 year college degree

Minimum 5 years successful HR experience at manager level

COMPENSATION $80,000 - $120,000 PLUS 10% BONUS
